Lee engages in every activity under the Montana sun; volleyball, golf, archery, boating, and hunting, to name just a few.

JODI JACKSON

Jodi Jackson

Financial Controller

Bozeman native Jodi Jackson started her career in public accounting in Eugene, Oregon. While she loved exploring the Pacific Northwest, after several years of long hours, she looked at moving closer to family and friends — and actually missed Montana’s seemingly never-ending winters. Working as the Financial Controller at BTi offered an exciting challenge to help grow a small company. She enjoys exploring Montana by mountain biking, camping, backpacking and snowboarding in new places. Jodi has tried her hand at gardening in the short summer, with only very mild success so far.

Chris White

Director of Operations

Chris brings to BTi a wealth of experience in residential and commercial construction for over 18 years, nationwide. Hailing from Georgia, Chris and wife Amber, along with children Drew, Hailey and Gray are excited to now call Montana home. Helping to grow and navigate the unique projects BTi undertakes, Chris enjoys raising his kids in the family atmosphere, outdoor lifestyle and natural beauty that only Montana provides.

Caiti McCrary

Office Manager

BTi’s culture makes Caiti McCrary excited to go to work, and she enjoys interacting with customers. Originally from Washington state, Caiti has a bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University. Growing up, she lived on an Alaskan island with her parents and brothers — no one else lived there. Caiti and her husband call Montana home, and she’s not sure he would live anywhere else. Outside of work, Caiti stays busy chasing 3-year-old Remy and 4-month-old Thea, and enjoys introducing the kiddos to favorite hobbies, biking, snowboarding and exploring.

LOFTON BROWN

Lofton Brown

Maintenance Division Manager

Originally from Helena, Montana, Lofton Brown has always had an interest in carpentry. BTi gives him the opportunity to learn and sharpen his skills, while working with really great people in some of the most amazing parts of Montana. Lofton has bachelor degrees in Science and Health Administration, and formerly worked as the site safety manager for ASI Construction. Outside of work, Lofton enjoys getting into the mountains, whether it's to hike, ride his motorcycle, hunt, fish or relax by the lake.

Noble Vance

Noble Vance

Sr. Foreman

Montana has been Noble Vance’s home for the past 24 years, and at this point, he can’t imagine living anywhere else. He enjoys being outdoors and immersing himself in the state’s beautiful scenery. Originally from Livingston, Noble graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering. He has worked as an Applicator with BTi since 2018. While BTi has the reputation of a larger company, it maintains a family culture feel. Outside of work, Noble enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing and drinking beer.

Cory Maloney

Maintenance Manager

The expansiveness and quality of Montana’s public lands make for the perfect backyard for this Vermonter to play in, year-round. A problem-solver by nature, Cory has dovetailed in perfectly with the high standard at BTi projects. When not taking in the magnificent views at homesites, you can find Cory skiing in the winter, camping in the spring, improving his fly fishing in the summer, and hunting elk, deer, and pronghorn antelope in the fall.

KEVIN FISCHER

KEVIN FIscher

Foreman

Born and raised in Anaconda, MT, there is never a dull moment with this husband and father of two. Camping, mountain biking, gardening, snowboarding are some of the many ways he thrives in Montana's four-season playground. Aside from the banter and crew camaraderie, Kevin brings a wealth of construction know-how to BTi. This combined with his experience in the log home world has made him a master in the field.

LUKE DALMAN

LUKE DALMAN

Foreman

This University of Mt Olive (Trojans Lacrosse) alumni and Minnesotan is a firm believer in the ‘work hard, play hard’ philosophy. Luke occupies his time with golf, skiing, snowmobiling, and mountain biking while not in contention for BTi onsite MVP.

Trevor Cass

Applicator

A solid upbringing in Vancouver, WA (credit to parents Ken and Holli) set the foundation for Trevor to grow roots in Southwest MT for the past decade. Outside of good times in a supportive workplace at BTi, Trevor’s main focus is spending time on the river fly fishing with dog Kora, and snowboarding with friends. Also, big sports guy.

Ethan Dissinger

Sales & Estimating

A KU Graduate, Ethan made the move to Bozeman from Kansas City (with two dogs in tow) because of the opportunity it affords to the outdoors. A skier in wintertime, summer finds Ethan backpacking, fly fishing, golfing, trail running, hiking, and rolling around on some form of a bike.

FREEDLE CODY

Freedle Coty

Project Manager / Marketing

Growing up on a maple sugar farm in Northern Vermont, Freedle Coty’s fascination with log cabins started at a young age. After high school, his career as a cinematographer and director for the ski film company Level 1 Productions took him around the world, following athletes in wintertime from Japan to Switzerland. That path led Freedle to Montana, where he loves snowboarding, fly fishing, hunting and gardening, as well as photography and design. Freedle also enjoys working with wood and being outdoors in remote locales on BTi projects — and most importantly, working with a really fun and motivating crew.
